Welcome to Cosmecos Naturals (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (the “Site/Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Shipping/Returns Policies.

2) Eligibility & Account

  • We aim for accuracy, but product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Shades, colors, and packaging may vary slightly due to display settings and print runs.

  • We may limit quantities per order/person/household and may discontinue products at any time.

4) Orders & Payment

  • By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms. We may accept or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailable stock).

  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

  • Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card details.

  • Displayed prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (where applicable) are shown at checkout.

5) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Processing time is typically within 48 business hours for in-stock items. Delivery estimates within Pakistan are 3–5 business days after dispatch; international timelines vary.

  • Domestic shipments may use TCS/M&P; international shipments may use DHL (or other carriers at our discretion).

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; re-delivery or address corrections may incur additional charges.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees for international orders are your responsibility.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We follow the terms outlined in our Returns/Refunds Policy (separate page). Where applicable, items must be unused, unopened, and returned within the stated window with proof of purchase.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.

7) Promotional Codes & Gift Cards

  • Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms (validity dates, exclusions, usage limits).

  • We may cancel or refuse the use of any code suspected of misuse.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except as required by law).

8) Personal Use Only

Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale. We may cancel orders suspected to be for resale or redistribution.

9) Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our products are cosmetic and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist/physician if you have specific concerns, are pregnant/nursing, or undergoing treatment.

  • Follow all usage directions on the product packaging.

10) Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product names, layouts) is owned by or licensed to Cosmecos Naturals and protected by applicable IP laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11) User Content & Reviews

  • If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.

  • You represent that you own or control the rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

  • We may remove or edit content at our discretion.

12) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;

  • Interfere with Site security or functionality;

  • Upload malicious code;

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
